Introduction

Hurdling in Portugal 2011
Hi Everyone,

My name is Jack Huddlestone and I'm taking on the 800m next season. I'm currently a 400m Hurdler, to enhance my abilities in the 400m Hurdles I'm trying to get the strength of an 800m runner.

I've already run 58.9 seconds for the 400m Hurdles and will be looking to run faster over the next few years.

I'm 24 in September and currently train at Lee Valley's Sports Leisure Center. I compete for Cambridge & Coleridge AC. Currently I set my own training plans and get some help from the hurdles coach Brian Hopkins.

Thank you to anyone who follows or checks out my training blog. Hopefully there will be some useful information on here for all those athletes looking for ways to Improve their performance!
